based without HTML, the page will adapt propotionalty to the size of the browser.

Here the tab navigation is integrated within the Flash movie,
enabling the site visitor to get an idea of the content
by having the movie switch scenes as each tab is moused
over.

GROQUIP.com
In this example the splash art is animated with a message
as well as having a revolving, hyperlinked 'spinner'
in the bottom portion of the page. Both are employed
to enhance overall apear while enforcing the brand.
